I opened Oinomelo during the pandemic with a simple idea: a warm home by the sea where people could eat well and feel cared for. It was a hard time to begin, but it taught us what matters—honest food, genuine hospitality, and consistency.

From day one, Chef Spyros stood beside me. Together we shaped a kitchen that respects fresh ingredients and pays attention to every detail. Rich, flavorful sauces for our beef fillets. Perfectly crispy, unique fries. Plates prepared with love so the ideas shine through every bite.

Our space feels like a family home. Old, cherished furniture. Simple, relaxed corners. Windows that open to the sea and those sunsets that make every evening special. Guests tell us it feels personal—and that is exactly the point.

Through the years, Oinomelo has grown with our community and our guests. Under my vision and Spyros’s dedication, Oinomelo has been established as the #1 restaurant in Stalos, Chania. I’m grateful for the trust behind that.
