From day one, Chef Spyros stood beside me. Together we shaped a kitchen that respects fresh ingredients and pays attention to every detail. Rich, flavorful sauces for our beef fillets. Perfectly crispy, unique fries. Plates prepared with love so the ideas shine through every bite.
Our space feels like a family home. Old, cherished furniture. Simple, relaxed corners. Windows that open to the sea and those sunsets that make every evening special. Guests tell us it feels personal—and that is exactly the point.
